TranzyPay is a cross-border payment solutions provider with licensed operations in the United Kingdom – under applicable FCA regulations. TranzyPay is a licensed API facilitating cross border International payment, multicurrency services and Money transfer

3. Data and Information We Collect

During the process of registering with Tranzypay, Customer onboarding for KYC/KYB and Transaction processing. TranzyPay collects the following types of personal and business data:

A. Information You Provide

• Identity Data: This is collected during customer registration and onboarding. The information is used during the process of KYC checks and verifications. The identity Data includes : Business contact’s Full name, date of birth and nationality.
• Contact Data: The contact information of the business or customer who’s registering with TranzyPay. This includes Email address, phone number and residential/business address.
• KYC/KYB Documents: These include the International Passport, Personal IDs, driver's license, national ID card, utility bills and proof of income. The information are used for due diligence confirmation
• Business Data: We also collect the following information relating to the business joining us; Company registration certificates, director information, tax ID, proof of business address.
• Login Credentials: This is the information used to signup and login to the Tranzypay application for transaction processing. This includes the email address , Encrypted passwords and account settings.
